Community Employment Scheme in Kiltimagh

Kiltimagh has the benefit of a Community Employment Scheme, which is operated in the area by IRD subsidary company, Kiltimagh Community Employment Group Ltd.

The scheme consists of a Supervisor and 22 participants.

Activities include:

• Assisting the Tidy Towns Group.
• Assisting at Maghus Castle.
• Assisting at Coillte Playgroup.
• Maintaining Community Facilities.
• Litter Picking.
• Grass cutting in season.
• Assisting with the various festivals.
• Assisting with the Christmas lights.
• Provision of new amenities like the footpath extension at Swinford Road.

There are often vacancies for participants on our Community Employment

Scheme.
