Enterprise House

Enterprise House is the brand we have given to our original workspaces.

We have two main centres:

1. Enterprise House, Aiden St.

Here you will find 10,000 sq. ft. building with a mix of office, craft and service units.

The spaces here vary in size from about 250 to 1500 sq. ft. 

Services available include:

• Centralised Reception.
• Broadband.
• Central Postbox.
• Cleaning of the Circulation space.
• Separately Metered Electricity Supplies.
• Shared Canteen.
• Shared Meeting Room.
• Address Rental.
• Hotdesk Office. (Private – unshared).

2. Enterprise House, Station Road.

This building was part of the former Irish Spinners Factory. Here we have almost 30,000 sq. ft. of larger units of Industrial Workspace. Spaces range in size from 5,000 to 10,000 sq. ft.

3. Retail Spaces.

We also have two retail spaces not included in the buildings above. These are located on James St. and Aiden St.
